Replys/Comments

Is it just me or do others have problems finding the exact location to click for replying and commenting?  It seems that the mouse pointer has to be offset from the word in order to select the link.

Re: Replys/Comments

I have occasionally seen a minor problem, but nothing overly noticeable. What browser do you use? Can you give me an example page and link where you see a problem? Is it consistent on a given page, or is it sometimes a problem and sometimes fine?

Re: Replys/Comments

I'm using IE7.  I have most noticed the problem when I try to hit the reply link on any blog or forum post I have replied to.  Not sure how to send an example.

Re: Replys/Comments

Hmm... sure enough. There seems to be some kind of IE problem where all the hotspots are shifted off to the left. Then on the reply link (when it's the last one in the line) turns back on again over the last part of the word.

My guess is that the hotspot is shift left by the same about as the distance between the first link and the margin to the left. Keep that in mind when you are trying to find the link.

I will see if I can investigate the reason for this, but I don't expect to find a solution right away. At best, this weekend.

Re: Replys/Comments

Seems to be a little better but still flakey.  It's still like there's only 1-2 pixel area where you have to hover to get the link to underline.

Ah, I see, on the reply links. I was looking in the wrong place. I'll take another look at it.
