I was just trying to help Adviga with some html editing of her blog tonight and clicked on the "More information about formatting options" link. The link opened in the same page and did not provide a way to get back to the body of the blog. When I clicked the back button on the browser, the body came back empty and she lost all of her blog.
Is there any way you can fix it so that when links are clicked for help etc, they pop up a new browser window or one is able to get back to the messages they have been working on for the last half hour?
On top of that, the information in the help did not work. We tried to do a link anchor like Google but it didn't work correctly. It doesn't even work here. What are we doing wrong? Does the help need to be modified?
Thanks.
Re: Links Problem
Ouch!
A brief investigation reveals that it's possible, but maybe very tricky. So, I'll investigate more this weekend.
Re: Links Problem
That's interesting...Karen lost a couple of posts in p rogress, but diodn't know what she did that caused them to go away. Maybe hit a wrong lnk or hot key.
Re: Links Problem
So? right click on "More information.." and open in a new tab?
Re: Links Problem
Yes, correct. Of if you are using Firefox, use your middle click (push in the mouse wheel).
