World of Goo is an interesting puzzle game with a neat cartoon art style. It's about building bridges out of living goo balls in order to reach objectives. For a limited time they are selling it for whatever price you feel like paying (minimum of $1). Normally the game is priced at $20. There are demos available for windows, mac, and linux (. This is a neat little game, definitely worth checking out. The sale ends on October 19th.

Hmmmm...Karen was enjoying the demo. Maybe she'll see this and be interested. It is fun and different from others of this type.
Re: World of Goo
I have it and played through it a few months back, sometime in the summer. It was fun and had a couple real challenging levels. Certainly worth a few bucks, but the replay value, IMO is low.

Re: World of Goo
I agree. Fun game, but I'd only play it through once.
Re: World of Goo
On a related note, apparently a few 'humble' game developers include that of the aforementioned "World of Goo" are offering a custom-priced bundle for the purpose of raising some money for a couple charities:

And it's a pay-what-you-like setup. I haven't bought it - need to check the games out first - but I thought you guys might find it interesting.

Nice!
I've come close a couple times to buying Gish. It looks pretty interesting. Aquaria looks pretty neat as well.
