Err...not really. I'm starting to blog for three reasons. One - it is a good excuse to keep up with my writing (post-NaNoWriMo). Two - it will help me keep in touch with family and friends. Three - my husband set up this impressive site, and I love to support him in his projects.

I don't know how often I'll be able to post. With the holiday season ahead, who knows.

Speaking of holiday season, Andrew and I are leaving next week to visit my folks in Oregon. We are really looking forward to our time there. We will be celebrating Christmas early this year (joint Christmas with Andrew's folks and mine ), so I'm frantically trying to finish up buying gifts. Why are guys so hard to shop for anyway? All the women on my list were finished - like that - but I am still trying to figure out what to buy for my brother. Yeesh! Thankfully, this season isn't just about gifts! I've enjoyed taking some time out to reflect on all the amazing ways God has worked in my life this year, and I hope you all have time to do that too.
