Wow... your servers just seem to have trouble keeping up the time.
Being a unix box, aren't you able to time-sync it with other servers out there? like Berkley or something?

Oops. Not your servers fault.
It's your board software's fault. It doesn't track DST. After DST starts, we all go +1 on the GMT from what we were before, so have to change it in our user profile to be current.
