Well, I'm working again. Doesn't pay as well as I would have liked, but it's employment, and i love the job (Working as a Department of the Army Civilian.) But it does mean funds are tight for the time being...
Growing a goatee and long hair. I have missed my hair.
May have some serious health issues, but I don't know. A recent X-ray found something in my lungs. Doctor doubts it's cancer but can't rule it out, and says even if it's not, there's plenty other unpleasant options. They're waiting for a cat scan.
Other than that?
The kids are getting big, the horses eat alot, and the snow's almost off the mountains...
Well, the good news is, I tool a pulmonary lung function test today. According to it, my lung capacity and strength are well above average. So whatever that is in my lungs isn't slowing me any. This reduces the chances that it's something truly bad.
You know, not too long ago you were supposed to post the last two logs from previous gaming sessions, as a prelude to resumption of activities. You got the first one up... What's been going on?
You said you were going to post something to let us know what's been up wiht you, but nothing has been forthcoming. Everything going okay over that side of town?
Everything has been OK. Things have just been pretty busy. I've partly held off doing the other log because then it would imply that I was ready to game...
Mostly I'm referencing the part where I talk about being really busy. I actually never intended to start what is now my second roleplaying game. But when a guy from church asks you to run a game for him and his daughter... how can you say no? :?
Still, that should only last through the summer...
But, it's all sorts of other things in my life that are keeping me busy too. My computer gaming time is waaay down from where it used to be, and more than anything else, that's a pretty sharp indicator of how much free time I've got.
I do still really really want to run a game (probably Jannot) using Fantasy Grounds (particularly now that they've released their next version (free for those who have already purchased)), but I'm just not sure exactly when it will happen.

So not bad, not bad.

Well, per your sig, as a chaotic Ranger, you shouldn't take those healing potions long term... Maybe a cleric instead?

I'll remember to pray for your lung health.

Yeah, good to hear that much at least. What's next? Stick a hanger down in there and snag a piece of it to look at?

Next week I take some more tests to see if they can narrow down what is causing this cough.
And next month a cat scan to get a closer look at that whatever...

Do you read my blog?
Changes
I never had until last night, when I remembered that you said you had a blog up.
I see where you're running two other games now... and that you're working on your GURPS Fangor supplement.
That what you're referencing?

[sigh] well, a guy can dream, can't he?
This is where I get a chuckle out of you and ask if you've made any recent progress on Delta-V...
Anyways... well, you know where to find me.

Changes
Ooo! I'll put Delta-V on my list of projects to work on one of these months. My ideal situation would be to have it playable by web...

I kinda feel bad about poor old Eduardo_Sauron - with no new material to read on the Jannot Campaign.
